Mission
The LCAA is committed to develop and administer policies, regulations and services in order to promote and maintain the highest level possible of safety and quality in civil aviation activities and related environment. 

 The LCAA will pursue safety and quality management system initiatives that will foster safety and quality culture across its organization, support continuous improvement and strive for general public safety and customer satisfaction to achieve the LCAA mission of The Safest and most Efficient Possible Civil Aviation Transportation System for Lebanon .

 

Events

Working Agreement on cooperation in the area of safety investigations (Civil Aviation Accident/Incident) between the DGCA of Lebanon and the Bureau d'Enquêtes et d'Analyses pour la sécurité de l'aviation civile (BEA - France), signed on the 28^th of April 2009.

The objective of this Working Agreement is to reinforce  the effectiveness of investigations undertaken by Lebanon, in order to allow it to best meet all of its International obligations in this area. In order to accomplish this, the Parties will cooperate in the conduct of safety investigations into accidents and incidents in Civil Aviation, in training investigators and in sharing information and expertise, in accordance with the standards and recommended practices of Annex 13 to the Chicago Convention.
